Backed Finance RWAs!
This week Backed Finance, the leading crypto start-up focused on bridging real-world assets on-chain, is now launching its native token issuance on Gnosis Chain. Backed is a Swiss start-up. They issues tokens that track the value of real-world assets, such as stocks or ETFs.
Tokens are freely transferable across wallets, are fully collateralized by the underlying asset, and are issued in compliance with the Swiss DLT act. Assets natively minted on-chain also cut costs and eliminate bridge risk. Real-world assets have arrived on Gnosis Chain!

ZKP MOOC🔏
Gnosis Chain sponsored the recent zk focused hackathon at UC Berkely. In cryptography, a zero-knowledge (zk) proof or zero-knowledge protocol is a method by which one party can prove to another party that a given statement is true while the prover avoids conveying any additional information apart from the fact that the statement is indeed true. Otherwise known as zk-proofs, the innovation in cryptography marks an important advancement for privacy advocates. Check out the winners of the hackathon!

Hashi x Gnosis Guild🌉
The Gnosis Guild team shared a deep dive on how Hashi works under the hood. Hashi is an EVM Hash Oracle Aggregator, designed to facilitate a principled approach to cross-chain bridge security.
The primary insight being that the vast majority of bridge-related security incidents could have had minimal impact if the systems relying on them had built in redundancy. Check out the deep dive linked here!
